Whether you're building a sunroom in Nebraska or Iowa we take each of our customers through the same custom building process for each project.
Our educated design consultants will meet with you one-on-one and share their expertise with you in sunrooms. Our representative will discuss different options along with showing you samples and photos of our actual work and completed sunrooms and projects in the area. We take time to listen to your specific needs and desires of the space and personalize a sunroom plan that will fit your lifestyle and budget. Before our design consultant leaves, they will be able to give you an exact price of your project.
Once the decision has been made to proceed in building your dream, the following steps will be taken.
A representative will come by your home to take the final measurements so we can order your custom Malibu Sunroom product. You do not need to be present for us to measure, and we will inform you when that process has been completed.
In most cities and counties, permits are needed prior to beginning construction on your new sunroom. If one is needed, Malibu Sunrooms will take the necessary steps to make sure we meet all building codes.
Malibu Sunrooms will order your room exactly the way you want. Once CAD drawings are received and approved, the process of manufacturing your sunroom will take place.
Before you sign your contract, you will already have a general idea of what the time frame is in getting your sunroom built. Malibu Sunrooms typically receives 6-10 sunrooms in one shipment. Once your room has arrived to our warehouse, you will be contacted and informed of the approximate start date of construction. All projects are different, but a typical sunroom usually takes between 7 and 12 business days to complete. Our experienced install crews will be happy to answer any questions during this process. Our goal is to leave you smiling and extremely happy with a job well done!
