Malibu Sunrooms offers two distinctive roof styles on our sunrooms. Gables (or A-Frames) and Studios. A three season room is a wonderful way to enjoy the outdoors without the wind, the rain, or the bugs.
Our AllView product originated years ago and continues to be a best seller! Easy to operate rolling doors and windows provide shelter from the elements, yet each window and door has its own screen for as little or as much ventilation as you would like. Single pane glass is the norm for 3 Season Rooms.
Four Season Sunroom
A 4 Season Sunroom can be used almost every day of the year. Using our original AllView product template from the 3 Season Sunroom, we've enchanced many features and created a beautiful 4 Season Sunroom that allows owners to use their sunroom for nearly anything they would like. Double pane glass is always used in a 4 Season Sunroom. A thicker, more energy efficient roof system and floor insulation are added for extra comfort. These sunrooms are typically heated and cooled and can be used all year! In extreme temperatures, the heating/cooling unit may lose some of its efficiency and have to work harder to keep up in an all glass enclosure. Malibu Sunrooms offers heating and cooling options for our 4 Season Sunrooms making them as comfortable as your home!
Year Round Sunrooms
Malibu Sunrooms' Year Round Sunroom can be used as a true addition to your home. Our ComfortView products are designed to be used any minute of the day, regardless of the outside temperature. 7/8" or 1" dual-sealed insulated glass is used to add to the energy-efficiency of our 100% thermally-engineered frames. All of the components on the ComfortView Sunroom have added structure.
A Malibu Year-Round Sunroom is so energy-efficient that it qualifies for the Energy Star Rating from its' roof system to the entire wall system itself. It is the only sunroom on the market rated by the Federal Government to be so energy-efficient, you don't need a wall between your house and your sunroom!
Heating and Cooling units are almost always used in a Malibu Year-Round Sunroom, unless other provisions have been made with the home's existing furnace or air-conditioner.
Because of its' year-round use, this sunroom has a stream-lined, elegant and finished look that transitions into your home beautifully without appearing to be an "add-on." Additional features include a dual point locking system, secondary night latch, patented molded corners and triple polypropylene weather seals. |
